Retail Banking Training Suite — Fortune 500 Banking Client x Strivr | 50+ Modules | Live Action, Realtime 3D, CG Animation | Interactive

Over three years as lead Creative Director for Strivr's retail banking vertical, I oversaw the development and production of 50+ immersive training modules deployed across branch employees, call center staff, and financial advisors — contributing to training experiences reaching 1M+ learners and reducing training times by up to 96%.

The program spanned live action, realtime 3D, and CG animated experiences — each format chosen deliberately to serve the learning objective. The central challenge was maintaining creative cohesion at scale, coordinating across different business units, subject matter experts, and content types while preserving a unified learning experience.

Retail Banking: Fraud illustrates the live action approach. A distressed customer storms into a branch, and the learner must follow procedure to de-escalate the situation and coordinate with the fraud department in real time. The filmed environment puts the learner inside a genuinely tense interaction — emotional realism that only live action can deliver.

Retail Banking: Coaching Conversations took a different approach. Using a Unity-rendered realtime 3D character, learners practice delivering coaching feedback in a responsive, dynamic environment — something live action can't accommodate. The character reacts to input, making the experience feel less like a module and more like a rehearsal.
